Who We Are

Gregory Asher Sernack is the principal of Gregory Sernack Financial Services P/L

Gregory Sernack Financial Services Pty Ltd is the corporate trustee of a family self-managed superannuation fund with first-hand experience in real property purchases in Australia and the US, including bare trustee arrangements and loan documentation in compliance with SIS and income tax regulations

Gregory has over 30 years’ commercial experience as an accountant in small to medium enterprises and specialises in financial planning, accounting, superannuation, compliance obligations and related services

Gregory is a certified public accountant with a Master of Commerce degree

He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Alex Wong is the principal of Wong & Associates 

Alex is a specialist in Australian Tax compliance requirements and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Tax Institute of Australia

Alex has over 13 years of combined commercial and international corporate experience

Alex previously lectured in Taxation at Macquarie University and Central Queensland University

Les Najdzion is the principal of Bansfield P/L
